When the value shuts off it makes the pipes in the house make load noise

This is the second one a replace ment for the first one. The value was replaced the repair guy said the nose was from water press ure in the house or water heater. theplumer was called pressure ok and water heater ok. The pipes were ok..  So that leaves the washer .Makes a real big banging noise in the house This was the secon time a plumer said the washer and clean the lines Save your money
