I received cookbook that I do not want and did not order. I have written on bill several times to discontinue service. Now I have an unopened  book package that I do not want. Plus, there is no way to return the book without me paying for the postage. I went to and the email address at bookhelp@cdsulfillment.com and could not locate anything.

    it's a cramming scam..
    They are doing everything they can to coerce you into feeling obligated to pay them (for thing you never ordered).

    You have no obligation to pay for unordered merchandise, nor do you have any obligation to return it.  It is a violation of US Postal regulations to send an invoice (or something that looks like an invoice) for unordered merchandise through the US Mail.  It is also illegal to use USPS or any common carrier in a fraudulent scheme.

    File fraud complaints with FTC and your state Attorney General, and a mail fraud complaint with the US Postal Inspector.
