your company sent me colon flow for 6 months which i never received so 76.40 x 6 months equals 382.00. i called and asked for a refund which they denied... then i asked them to cancel and Kim (id #) 4211 who is a MANAGER told me it was cancelled and i would not received any further shipments ... BUT by chance i called them back with another question. and when this different rep looked up my information i was asked if i would like to cancel my membership and i told her i already cancelled she informed me that my account was still ACTIVE!!! how do like that?? a MANAGER not completing the cancellation!!!!!!! so you can be sure i will call back a few more times to make sure the NEW REP, Kami (id#) 4810 put the membership cancellation thru..BEWARE you can not trust this company at all. i learned a $$382.00 lesson today..so people check & double check all your transactions with this company.. oh and by the they all tried to give me some more FREE TRIALS to sign up for!!! SCAM, REPORT THEM, and DOUBLE CHECK ALL your dealings with them.

File fraud disputes of their fraudulent charges with your bank, and close the account or block the card number to prevent additional fraudulent charges.
Your bank should be able to reverse charges disputed within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges, which might get you 2 months charges back..
File fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and the U.S. Postal Inspector.
