I have been getting these calls for over 2 years. Even though I am on the "Do not call list", it makes not matter. I have tried filing complaint with the FTC,etc, to no avail. The ONLY thing that matters to them is there own aggravation. After 2 years of these calls, they finally made the mistake of calling me on a phone line that you can actually call back on and someone from US Pharmacy will answer that line. Call them and cause them to spend time to answer their own phone.

1) ALWAYS answer the phone. If we're running away, the "terrorists" win.
2) When you get a human voice, express slightly reluctant interest in whatever is being hawked. Ask questions, talk slowly, try to get as much information about the company as possible. ALWAYS give phony personal info if requested (CC#, SS#, address, heck even change your name slightly).
3) If you get enough company info, file a complaint with the BBB. I recently had a national energy company revamp their entire telemarketing policy in regard to the DNCR because of a complaint I filed - this CAN work.
4) if they're offering a service involving your house, set up an appointment when you aren't home, or just don't answer the door. This can cost a company SERIOUS money and resources.
