Tearing clothing

There is a replacement part to fix this problem!!!  My washing machine tore clothing since we purchased it in March 2011.  We recently had a service tech out who found a service bulletin replacing the inside glass on the door because clothing was getting stuck and causing tears.  It was replaced 2 months ago and has been working great ever since.  It was a long 2 1/2 years of clothing getting torn. The service bulletin is only a few months old.  Call Whirlpool!
