Beware of Experian and its Protect My ID partner account. I called in Oct of 2016 to cancel the Experian Account the operator only cancelled the ProtectmyID account (which is Free) while continuing my Experian account for 24.99 per month which I did not know until I saw the charge again Nov 2016 under Experian. After numerous phone calls they claim to have sent me emails with confirmations then admitted that they didn't even have an email on file!  Make sure you ask which account they are actually cancelling and then follow up until you get that confirmation email.

    Contact your bank..
You cancelled, but as you found, that doesn't work.

The charges are unauthorized, so contact your bank immediately to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and have them block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
