Called and had info reguaedunv cc under my name from 2000. Claim is fraudulent. BRG claimed they got information from GE Capital. Called GE and they said that it was probably a fake claim and that he's gotten other calls reguardung this from other people. Called back BRG and they were rude, had no info, and I told them I'd take it to the local police to check on accuracy of claim.

They have lots of similar complaints..
The common factor in their complaints is that consumers report the alleged "debt" is totally bogus.
File complaints with FTC, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and your state Attorney General.

If you want to check them out..
Similar scam "debt collectors" have shown a pattern of using skip-tracing to locate and harass relatives, and pulling credit reports a couple days before they make their first call.  Sometimes they use old accounts showing up on credit files to make it sound like they're collecting on one of them, or maybe to pretend an old bank account was used for a fake "payday loan".

Pull your credit reports and see if they have an inquiry on one of them.
