Airtel post paid sim is in no service for past 5 months in USA

Hi,

We temporarily moved to U.S since Dec 2016. Till date my Airtel post paid SIM is showing no service. We registered multiple complaints with the Airtel customer care (Ref41652630) but there is no use. None of them described about the actual issue and there was no suggestion what so ever to address this problem this problem. This is so frustrating as I am unable to receive any messages related to my bank and financial institutions. Please resolve this ASAP.
