PIECE OF JUNK NOT GETTING CLOTHES CLEAN

We bought this washer thru Aarons so we did not get a warranty at first I was pleased with it, but as of late I am seeing that we will be having to replace this very loud very long cycled machine due to the fact that our clothes are not getting clean, I use the proper detergent for it but still our clothes are dirty, I have had to start pre washing some things or just doing it by hand because it will not get them clean, despite doing very small loads to see if that helps to no avail. Very upset with this machine and finding out we are not the only ones with this problem :( THIS STINKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
