I was charged $9.93 on January 6, 2017.  I did not authorize the purchase or charge and need to have the fee refunded.  I also need to have an explanation of how my credit card was accessed.

    Contact your bank..
    Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charge as fraudulent, and have them block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
