WHO IS GIVING OUT OUR CREDIT CARD NUMBERS TO THIS COMPANY????
AND WHY CAN'T ANY AUTHORITIES BUST THIS THIEVING COMPANY????
They are taking our credit card numbers and charging our cards
with NO authorization!  We've never even heard of this company
before!  One of the customer service reps told me that "Domestications"
was one of the companies who give out our credit card number.
So beware of this.  If you give out your credit card number, you
may start seeing unauthorized charges to your credit card.
PLEASE!  CAN'T SOMEONE PLEASE STOP THEM????

They have been reported to be getting billing information from various on-line or "advertised on TV" retailers, often claiming consumers "authorized" the charges either through some disclosure buried on a website, or as part of a script read by a fast talking telemarketer.

Immediately contact your bank to dispute fraudulent charges and close the account.  Follow up with a written dispute to your bank, sent to the address for disputes on your statement, and make sure they get it within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charge, to preserve your FCBA dispute rights.

Use only credit cards for retail and online purchases, since it is easier to dispute and less disruptive to close the account to prevent future unauthorized charges.

File complaints with your state AG, the Minnesota AG, and FTC.

I received a charge on my credit card this month for #14.95.  We have not ordered or received anything from your company.  We called the following number and reported it.  Someone told us it would be removed from our credit card. (Dominick).  We also reported it to our credit card company.  Please remove us from any lists or memberships that you have our name .
                                      Thanks ,

Whenever you catch a fraudulent charge on an account, you would be wise to close that account to prevent future fraudulent charges.  Even if they reverse a charge and claim they have cancelled an order, as long as they have valid account information there is nothing to stop them from waiting a couple months and trying again.  In many cases small fraudulent charges are not caught, and scammers know this.
