not providing accurate information about the special recharge pack

Sir,
i use a airtel prepaid no 8870392207,. i got a message from airtel that i have an offer that if i top up my account with rs 250 i will get a special talk time bonus of rs 275. i paid the money and got the offer.all of a sudden i got a message from airtel that i have no balance in my account.i contacted their customer care, and found out that the money is being added to my special account and my main account dosent have any balance.i dont know how much is charged for the call as when ever i talk i got a message that my account has a balance of 12 rupees, and they deducted the money for caller tunes too.now according to airtel i have a balance of 130 rupees, still i cant make any outgoing calls as my main account is very low and in a negative balance. all i have to ask airtel is, why you people want to cheat customers by saying a main account, a special account, even tough i have money as balance i cant make a call. is this called service?
