Absolutely HORRENDOUS SERVICE !!!! the foundation was too small for the bed, the bed rails are not the same length...one side is longer than the other. Both items are Full size bed. Called 4 different times to get new rails sent, when I called to find out where they are they said they were NOT ORDERED. They came to pick up foundation but because it was not in a box, they would NOT take it. It DID NOT come in a box, it came in a plastic bag!!!  I have called multiple (8) times to get this rectified to NO AVAIL!!!  I am po'd!!  And I am out nearly $400.00!!!  HOW IS THIS OK??? One man whom I sent pictures to and was so very accommodating said I had dealt with all of this enough and generated a refund. But the money still had not been refunded after 12 days so I called again (call #9) now they are not honoring what previous rep arranged and now expect me to jump through all of these stupid hoops..Like donate foundation, no one will take it due to risk of bed bugs, then no one will come to walkout to get the bed only front door, I am disabled and cannot get it back up the steps. So, they have stolen $400 bucks from me, discriminated against the disabled and expected me to expose myself to others even though I am medically vulnerable. What is freaking wrong here??? Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. So, who is going to help me now????  I am,so utterly disgusted!!!!
