scammed..now what?

i am one of the many that got scammed by carsafe..now what do i do? i am going to call them monday to request my money back(which as ive read they wont do it) and if they dont give it back I will dispute it on my card...is there anything else i can or should do?

    oh and i'll add how i fell for it! so my husband showed me this paper that said 2nd attempt final notice to extend your warranty! he told me to call, i called and they "approved" me..i told him i just wanted a rate, he gave me the rate and said how will you be paying? so i said i will need to talk to my husband and he said "i deal with a lot of women calling and they are usually the decision makers with the money in the family" i said i do deal with the money but i still want to talk to my husband he said "well what is the problem, with paying that much when you may have to pay 8,000 to get your injectors fixed? and i have a brother in law who gets paid 45 an hour at a car dealership so how long do you think they are going to work on your truck." and he asked do you use this truck for work? i said no we use it for a business to haul a horse trailer and he said "ooooh so you will need this truck to get your horses place to place are you sure you want to risk it." then he said he put me on hold and came back and said "i talked directly to my manager and he said to give you a deal and take some money off  and ill charge you 195.00 send you the papers you look them over with your husband and if you have a problem we will refund you your money." so i said ok..i shoulda know with how pushy he was! i was just ready to get off the phone with him, he would NOT let me get off the phone...
