I have been receiving past due invoice notices from 2010.  The caller insist on payment by phone, credit card or check by phone.  In a fax he is offering to settle the debt before the account is written off.  In return, they are offering a settlement payment.  The caller's name is Richard Wilson, Pre-Legal Collections Manager; toll free 1-866-965-1730, ext. 304.

They are just a fraudulent telemarketer running a "business directory" scam.

File fraud complaints with FTC and your state Attorney General, and at www.ic3.gov
If you receive any fraudulent invoice through the U.S. Mail file a mail fraud complaint with the U.S. Postal Inspector.
