I signed up for this service in April 2011, when my son was in the regional jail. Took a few days to get a local number (which was no big deal)I never gave my son this number. The only calls I recieved were "junk, cruise line, survey" calls. I was billed in April and May. I called June 15th for a refund. The male I spoke with was extremely rude! Said it would be 5-7 weeks before I was refunded my money. I called back last week (8/1) and was told I should see it by the end of the week. Guess what??? Wasn't there. I called back today 8/11, and was told it's in refund status...If it isn't showing tomorrow, I will be contacting the better business bureau. This is NOT the way to run a business! It didn't take them 5-7 weeks to recieve my money!
