I signed up for this service in April 2011, when my son was in the regional jail. Took a few days to get a local number (which was no big deal)I never gave my son this number. The only calls I recieved were "junk, cruise line, survey" calls. I was billed in April and May. I called June 15th for a refund. The male I spoke with was extremely rude! Said it would be 5-7 weeks before I was refunded my money. I called back last week (8/1) and was told I should see it by the end of the week. Guess what??? Wasn't there. I called back today 8/11, and was told it's in refund status...If it isn't showing tomorrow, I will be contacting the better business bureau. This is NOT the way to run a business! It didn't take them 5-7 weeks to recieve my money!

    Yea....It took them 8 months to get me my refund.  Just stay on them!  Talk to Tara (she is a manager).  I had to hound them every other day for the last 2 weeks before I got the refund.

    i ordered this service aug 1st was promissed a number in 5 to 7 days its been over 2 weeks and no number yet i called everyday ,they told me it should be here soon guess what no number im getting my refund back.they told me i will lose my 19 dollars no ill call better business burua on them today.they  lie to you just to keep your money its a scam.

    I am working on 3 months an no refund. I constantly call and they give me the same run around.  I'm at the point where I'm going to take legal action.  It may be a small amount but it's my money and I want it back.  I think they need to be exposed for the CONS they are.

    I still waiting on my refund.  March 12, 2011 requested a refund, not happen yet.  They also said it will take 7 to 8 weeks for refund.  I am not going to forget that they owe me and I am wondering now do they refund you.

    I have been waiting on my refund since November and it is almost February now.  They said that it would tak up to 8 weeks to receive it and every time I call they say it is pending.  I am getting ready to call right now and if we don't get it resolved today then I will be calling the better business bureau and everyone else that will listen.  One lady I spoke with said that they called her and told her since she had paid on time and gotten over minutes that they gave her a hundred minutes free for the month of December.  I paid up for the full year and it took them one day to take my money out of my account but I can't get my money back.  I am so pist off, I know they don't think I am going to stop calling...

    I am having the same flipping problem with them. They told me that the prison I was requesting was a high volume prison on the phone. I signed up for the six month plan and then got an email saying that they cancelled it. I called to find out why and they said they don't do business for that prison. Last week they told me the refund would go through on Monday and it's not there. I just called and another person told me it would take 4-8 weeks. They said it needs to be reviewed before refunding. What is there to review, I never received thier service at all. I wish I would of read the blogs before I called. Lesson learned.

    The same. Cancelled my ConsCallHome account March 4 2012 and as of today July 27, no refund. It still takes 5-7 weeks they said. This is a scam. I should have done my research before I signed with them.

    I requested a refund in February and it's July now. Every time I call I hear the same bs....it's pending! I can't believe they get away with this....criminal!
