Delivery guaranteed before Christmas as of 12/27 no delivery. No one in management to resolve at call center! all lie!

I had a similar situation. The order was placed by me on 12/9/11, with the understanding that shipment was guaranteed before Christmas. I refused delivery on 12/27. Case number with Visa cardmember service is 165272DEC11. Good Luck

I placed an order on January 7, 2013 and I have not received my order (It's feb 3 today)!! They charged me 200 dollars and when I call they tell me that there is no one that can help me and to call another day!! This person's name was Craig! This company lacks professionalism and I will keep on calling them until they send me my order or I get my money back!
