Ripped Off by A&E Factory Service

I was recently ripped off by A&E factory service. They came out to my house to do a diagnostic on my washer that had thrown a belt. They provided 5 estimates of what could possibly be wrong adding up to $700. The washer cost $600 six years ago. The technician if that is what you call them could not actually get behind the washer because of girth if you know what I mean. They also did not bring a flashlight so they said that they could not really tell what was wrong because it was dark inside the washer -- imagine... For this stellar diagnostic service, I was charged $75. When I called the company, they refused to refund the fee --policy..you know....After about 3 hours and 6 seperate calls hoping they would do the right thing, they still refused to refund the fee even though no diagnostic service was performed-- again "its our policy" So, if you want to waste your time and money and be really pissed off at the end of the process, give them a call........
