DO NOT PURCHASE an Extended Car Warranty from American Auto Auurance. I have a 2004 Chevrolet Surburban with Diferential Damage.The insurance company is denying the claim stating that the vehcle was driven stuck in 4-wheel drive, therefor creating the damage, customer neglect. ARE YOU SERIOUS. Who can drive a vehicle stuck in 4 wheel drive. The certified GM Service Manager told them what created the damage and they will not budge after (3) weeks of back and forth. This particular Chevrolet Dealership will no longer accept American Auto Assurance. These companies are scams.

    I would like to thank American Auto Assurance for taking the initiative and assisting with the investigation of a denied claim with American Auto Shield Warranty Company. The customer service representative was very helpful in providing individual assistance and being mindful of my situation. The communication between American Auto Assurance and American Auto Shield Warranty Company resulted in the warranty company agreeing to reimburse me for part of my incurred expenses. To American Auto Assurance I am grateful.
