The service guy Andy refuse to give me and threaten my life by shooting me

Today Nov 16, 2016, I had a schedule visit from Hudson valley Air Condition because my toilet and tub was backing up.  The dispatch guy named Andy arrived very late, and seem very irritated.  He (Andy) enter my home stating "let's not make this a problem".  I can't guess what his comment was about.  Andy said it twice.  Andy voice became unfriendly stating he will not service unless I leave my front door open.  I refused to leave my front door open while I was upstairs and my home was unattened so he left without wanting to reschedule.  I called American Home Sheild, and reported I did not receive any service because Andy stated he wasn't comfortable with my front door lock which is understandable so the next visit I would have a family remain down stairs.  Once I got a person to say they can be with me when I get service to my plumbing I called Andy back.   I understood completely because I didn't feel comfortable leaving my front door opening and home unattended on my lower level as well.  I knew it was a conflict so I call American Home shield and reported I haven't received any service, and the guy American Home Sheild dispatch didn't reschedule he just left.  Andy with Hudson Valley Air Conditioning left a detail message on my phone after I explain to America Home Sheild he refused me service to my plumbing issue.  I called Andy to reschedule and apparently he was upset and anger by my reporting to American Home Sheild.  He begin calling me a Neo nazi [***] with Mental problem stating who puts a camera at their door.  I look like some kind of sick freak.  Andy stated he is the real Army and he will blow me away with his real 50 cal machine gun thats on the back of his truck.   I raised my voice above Andy so I can get my words through, stating I didn't call to discuss my home business or camera with you only to reschedule service to my plumbing.  He kept yelling at me he will blow me away with his gun and I am mental sick cause I have a camera in my door, and American Home Sheild stated he was well in his rights.  I was well in my rights feeling very uncomfortable leaving my door open while I am upstairs and can't see if anyone enter my home.  Andy had the opportunity to turn around if my camera made him feel uncomfortable when he first saw it.  His yelling and threatening my life was too extreme because he felt uncomfortable with my camera and upset I reported his refusal to service my plumbing issue to American Home Shield.  I am making a full complaint against Hudson Valley Air Conditioning and American Home Shield.  This was a horrible service and each time American Home Sheild dispatch someone from Hudson Valley they never service only collect the money.  They never ever service my home because the item was working normal as they claimed.  These same problem come ever time cause they stated they don't know how to fix it if they don't know the problem never taking a real inside look.  This is the third so I decide to tackle this problem that keep happening with me from those dispatch they send out.  I feel American Home Sheild scammed me and I am filing a complaint with the appropriated Agencies.
