Change of Address since 13 months

Since last 13 months I have been requesting the Credit Card (United Bank Ltd) officers to change my address from Multan (from where I got retired) to my permanent address in Lahore. Each time when the closure of the month is nearby they call and ask me to deposit my dues without bill / invoice /statement. For this they charge me extra PRs1500 as late charges as late charges. This is going on for last 13 month each month. yesterday Mr Raza (Customer Care - by phone) told me that concerned department person will call you to update on the address change. Such promise has been done with me at least 4 times without a follow-up call. I visited Mr Ali Shar on The mail - UBL credit card office and submitted application with my Lahore address. But all in vain. Now they have dropped my name in defaulter list which is completely unfair. I ask you how will know what is the bill without statement or bill to navigate myself. I am retired professor. It shameful that your people treat its customer.

They are making it a habit to scrolling just customer not UBL staff who are not up to the mark in customer services. the officers on phone doesnot know the difference between the statement and monthly bill of the credit card. . I asked them to submit my bills and statements. I n addition I have asked them to furnish whole year (2021-2022) bill at my permanent address in Lahore. but no answer from them till know even after 2 weeks. I am surprised that they can send me outstanding statement to my Lahore Address but not other documents  All mistakes and ommisions are from myside or bank is also involve in not taking care of the customer? Now they have put my name in defaulter list which is completely unfair. I ask all the concerns that how will I will know what is my bill for particular month or even without statement to navigate myself. I am retired professor. It shameful that your people treat its customer like this.
