Money owed

Received several emails about owing iver $800 bucks to speedy cash service and if I don't contact them in a short time a law suit from some random law firm will sue me for that amount plus interest. They always leave a email that states if I want to handle this outside of court to contact that email address... How did they get my email and contact info??? I want this to stop period...
