On 11/17 and 11/9 I was charged a total of $26.90 from my credit and I never even signed up for any services with them. Something drastic must be done immediately.

Please....don't order anything from the internet until you have a proper safeguard while surfing the web. Assume everything you get in your email, even if it does sound good, as spam and delete immediately,

Unauthorized charges from "WC Value Plus" and other so-called "membership clubs" have nothing to do with Internet security problems.

They get consumer billing information from other on-line retailers, claiming the consumer "agreed" to the charges.  The terms of that "agreement" are often hidden, either via a link to another page, at the bottom of a long page, in some rapidly delivered script when you call to order, or even in the fuzzy unreadable text along the bottom of some TV commercials.

As with all unauthorized charges, contact your bank immediately to dispute the charge and close the account to prevent future recurring fraudulent charges.  Follow up in writing with your dispute to your bank to preserve your FCBA dispute rights.

What types of products have you recently ordered with your credit card, either on-line or by phone, through companies you do not normally do business with?
