This is to inform you that after appearing many times for the online examinations still the results come out to be 26/36/46 never more than that after so much preparation and hard work i am unable to clear my online exams.

Kindly manage to arrange manual examination for students who are interested.

I think regularly apprearing many times leads to demotivation , waste of time ,hardwork and money also.

Sometime is left for ending my PGDBA,kindly help on urgent basis.

    I too with you all and want to ahre my exp. also  after appearing many times for the online examinations still the results come out to be 29/33/434 never more than that after so much preparation and hard work i am unable to clear my online exams.And passing marks i needed just 35 which never come.I only have book no other option for study ''cases in crm"' no extra study material for this particular subject.and whenever i complaint in SCDL by mail they replied its easy subject so book id sufficeint in that.whcih after all hard work i did not find book is only option for this subject.

    this is regarding the customer support people who don't carry much knowledge about the project and the course information. Its sad to inform SCDL that it delays in everything....

    SCDL is just fooling students. It is not  UGC approved also.
    The exam question asked in the exams itself are wrongly draft. Their are many complain filed  against them.

    really so true.i m also fed up of doing the studyagain and again.questions are also different at ever time and also confusing.

      IDownload the service request form from scdl website..In form there is a section for grace marks.U can get overall of 10 marks in maximum of 3 subjects as grace.Fill the form and send to scdl. this is what I understood .I will too try next month .As I have 2 exams uncleared.Then I will be able to write more confidently.

    Reading this makes me feel so much better, cz I'm stuck on cases in marketing management for last 2months and hence unable to get my certificate.
    The questions are just completely illogical and insane with nothing that would add value to my knowledge. Just dates, names and places from 250odd case studies!!

    I have no idea how to clear this paper. If anyone has any tips please share and also let me know if I can get 2 grace marks by any chance for just 1 paper!

        Anyone can tell me if we will take grace mark then grace mark / red mark  mentioned in the marksheet in front of that particular sub or not......
