ANOTHER Natra Pure Unauthorized Order!
Complaint
Holly
Country: United States
This is a follow-up to my complaint dated 8/13/09: Just recieved another unordered package of product from Natra Pure. I contacted the Internet Crime Complaint Center again reporting this additional info and contacted our credit card with the same and closed our card. Now I want to see how I can get something thru to Oprah and Rachel Ray as they both endorse this fraudulent garbage.
Comments
1) Get your account number through a "free trial" offer, for "just shipping and handling".
2) Hide the autoshipment terms somewhere buried in legalese, on some other webpage, or in a quickly read script if you call.
3) Start shipping and charging you for an overpriced product before you can even try the "free trial", or attempt to cancel.
4) Evade cancellation by argument, transfering you around, promising to cancel but "losing" the information, not having you "in their system", etc.
5) Take money as long as you can until the sucker (you) figures how to block the now fraudulent charges (you either cancelled or attempted to, but they are now intentionally making unauthorized charges).
Immediately contact your bank to dispute the fraudulent charge and close the account to prevent future fraudulent charges. Follow up with a written dispute sent to the dispute address on your bank statement, sent certified return receipt requested, and make sure your bank gets it in less than 60 days from the statement date showing the disputed charge to protect your FRB Reg. E (for checking account), or FCBA (for credit card) dispute rights.
NEVER use your checking or bank account for payments to companies you do not know and trust. Only use credit cards for payments to on-line or other retailers where you might have to dispute a fraudulent or "erroneous" charge.
