taking funds out of my acct. monthly. has been told to stop.  will not. i put a stop payment of funds thru my bank against both.  i will never, ever deal with these people again. they suck!

    Many "health product" companies run similar "autoshipment" scams.  This is just one of many doing this.

    Don't just do a stop payment.

    If you cancelled, regardless of whether they are ignoring your request, from that point forward their charges were unauthorized.  If they are charging without even shipping, that is another indication of fraud.

    Dispute the unauthorized fraudulent charges through your bank, and close the account to prevent additional fraudulent charges.  Your bank should be able to reverse disputed charges back to those charges showing on statements dated up to 60 days ago.

    Unfortunately they send it anyways and then send you to collections if you don't pay!  I had my charges reversed and they sent letters every month until I finally didn't want to deal with it anymore.. THEY ARE AWFUL TO DEAL WITH!!!!
