first name: ZHEN
last name: ZHU
he/she operates by name Coco.
I paid him in china, Shenzhen through western union reference number 7841009260, I later contacted the company SHENZHEN QIRUNYUAN TRADE CO.,LTD
after I did not get the goods and they claimed they have no knowledge of the transaction,
she gave her customer service email as Coco@szqirunyuan.com and Mary@szqirunyuan.com and Daniel@szqirunyuan.com
The company mentioned that they are aware similar cases but refused to alert customers on Alibaba.com
I am appealing to your office to alert all agencies so that innocent customers will not suffer the same way.
