510-936-6561--Called My Boyfriend

510-936-6561, called my boyfriend yesterday, 11/17/2010 asking for me. Said I owed them money that I borrowed from them last year and that I listed him as a reference.
This is B.S. because:
1.) My credit has been bad for over a year or more. I can't even get a low budget department store credit
AND
2.) I have had the same phone number now for over a year! So why have they not called me?
A google search led me to other sites where I saw people had complained about them calling. Also, they said that this "company" had all of their personal information, (i.e. address, e-mail address, driving lisence number and state, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, full name and names of friends, mother in law's name and so on). I refuse to be violated by scammer and think that the state of georgia should be informed about these predators!!!
