Mortgage

We have been in Bankrutcy and had it dismissed in November 9, 2011.  We went to NACA in December 2011 to restructure our loan.  It was completed and BOFA mailed us the loan modification and we had to sign and get notoraized and fed x back to BOFA by December 28, 2011 , which we did.  It is now April 2012 and my loan modification is still not completed.  We were not suppose to have a pay in December 2011 and January 2012.  First payment due in February 2012.  We had over $1300 in unappliied funds so we were told they would use that and $773.00 from my checking to make February payment.  A couple of days went by and it never cleared our account and I called BOFA back and it was reversed back out because the loan was still in process.  In December 2011 a total of $2800.00 was applied for December 2011 payment and in January 2012 a total of over $8000.00 was applied for January 2012 payment.    I have call dailey, weekly, it never does anygood.  They told me I would be due for a pay in April 2012 or possibly longer after the funds got applied correctly.  Then as of today they are telling me I am late, 60 days.  I hit the roof!!    I finally found out they reversed some of the payments on March 26, 2012.  Because the modification didnot match another form they had.  So we faxed the modification to Home retention and they are suppose to investigate and I have to call back on Thusday.  I am sooooo disatified with BOFA!!!!!  I want to pull my hair out!!   Unbelieveable!!!
