Dispute their fraudulent charges through your bank, and block the account or card number to prevent additional fraud.  Follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address.  Your bank can reverse fraudulent or unauthorized charges if you dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges.

File fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and at www.ic3.gov

I want to sue these jerks!  Guy told me that an electronic signature is required.  I NEVER signed up for this!  I order the NuBrilliance thing and every month I get a new charge from a different company.  I told the lady on the phone "I DON'T WANT ANYTHING BUT THE MACHINE!"  I said it to her at least 10 times because she kept asking over and over if I want this and that.  This is the third month I have had a $30 to $100 charge on my account.  I am going to have to close my bank account to get this to stop!  NEVER ORDER ANYTHING OVER THE PHONE!  Jerks throw 50 other things at you and it doesn't matter how many times you say "NO!" I am going to talk to a lawyer!

We have also been hoodwinked into the SEM scam. I just contacted them on the phone and it seems that they consider this a club or something, since the promts all said "connecting to member services". I got a guy on the phone and questioned him as to why this has been carged to our account and he told me that it was "something you get involved with over the internet" and that it had to do with "coupons" and was very vague as to specifics. I told him to uninvolve us from this thing and he claims he did, and even gave me a confirmation #. Time will tell if we got out of this scam or not. Anyway, if you want to call and detach yourself from this thing, call 1-800-475-1942. You should see the phone# on your credit card statement. If you have any other SEM* charges, it's a good idea to tell them to cancel that too.

Thanks to you Mike J., your post has helped me a lot with the SEM scam , I also been hoodwinked into. I am a disabled woman on a fixed budget. Can those people realize how much harm they are causing to society?
The phone number that you provide also helps me to find the scamer who told me that i sign over the phone, that I did not do, in order to get my account charge when they want. They went into my account in two separate occasions, the 27, and the 28 of this month. This is ridiculous, those people have any idea how they are disturbing people's lives.

    Wow!!!!!!!!!!!
I noticed these same charges every one else is complainting about. I called them and was told I had signed up since Sept. 2011 for "coupons, and discounts for restaurant and hotels". I have yet to receive any of this stuff, I have no idea who they are. I'm being charge $19.95 twice a month since Sept. of 2011 that's $39.90 a month for something I never received. I calculated over $540.00 of charges going back to my c/c statement.  Who does this? Are you serious? The representative said she would mail me the complaint forms and it would take 7-10 business days to have consumer affairs check into this. This has to STOP!
