To All, I did order the Wen Hair Care product for a gift. I made it quiet clear when I spoke with the representative I only wanted this as a ONE TIME ORDER and the I DID NOT WANT any future orders. Well this evening my account was hit for $101.00 I was not prepared to pay. I will be calling my bank in the morning to stop the payment. I will also be calling Guthy Renker. Then I will call the BBB. I also recommend that everyone, if you have not already, call or email the BBB, tweet it, facebook it and email it to all the people you known that this scam is being perpetuated. To those who have posted previously saying this sort of thing does not happen to those who read the advertisements, I can only say "How much clearer can a person make it, when they tell the person taking your order, I ONLY WANT THE PRODUCT THIS ONE TIME and DO NOT WANT ANY FUTURE ORDERS". Is it proper or lawful for a company to FORCE their will upon another? Class action sound familiar? Who is listening now?
