They are running a "discount membership" cramming scam.
Such scams obtain account information from other merchants you might have used, claiming "authorization" for the charges often based on a deceptive sales pitch, or the merchant may have just fraudulently signed you up, so they get a commission.
Although these scams often claim you can "cancel" at any time, consumers often find vairious barriers put in the way to actually doing so, such as no information provided with which to cancel, unanswered phones, long waits or disconnections, attempts to "sell" you when you call to cancel, or "lost" cancellations if you actually got to a live person. All appear as just "mistakes" or "accidents", but they act as excuses for continuing to take your money fhile maintaining "lplausible deniability" to avoid prosecution for outright fraud, which is the goal.
You tried to reach them and cancel, but they arranged for no way to actually do so. That failure is theirs, not yours, so treat their continued charges as "unauthorized", and file fraud disputes through your bank to recover your money. Also, block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further theft.
Not much else works with cramming scams, since their whole purpose is to create a series of excuses for continuing to take your money.
File fraud complaints with FTC and your state AG, reporting the impossibility of cancelling due to unanswered phones.

Trying to cancel this subscription. I do not want it. Do not bill me for anything. Thank you.
I never ordered this membership and want it cancelled immediately!!! Please take care of this before my next billing or I will contact my attorney again. I discussed this with her (my attorney) once and she said this "discount membership" is a scam and she can and will proceed with proscecuting your "so called" business of home shopping, etc.

It's a cramming scam, set up as a pretense for making monthly charges for the rest of your life.
You can't "cancel" here, and even if you contact them to cancel, they may just "lose" your cancellation and keep taking your money.
Only way to reliably stop the charges is to shut down your checking account or block the card number. Notify your bank you are doing so to block fraudulent charges.
To get your money back, dispute the charges through your bank. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.

If they're charging your account..
then immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and have your bank block your card number or shut down your account to prevent fraud and theft. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
