Dont be a victim !
Country: United States
These desparete blood suckers..are Garbage straight from the pits of hell!

They make threats they can't & will never carry out.  They work with/for preditory lenders. (ie: payday advance loan companies, internet high risk lenders,) They basically try and collect money from folks who dont owe them anything.  Online payday lenders are especially the worst. Which by the way are illegal in most states.. so they cant take that ILLEGAL CRAP before any judge...LOL
They will provide you with all kind of info about you (which they have purchased or stolen) but one thing they will NEVER provide you with is a COPY of the CONTRACTIAL AGGREEMENT they claim you've entered into with them. THEY ARE GARBAGE!!!

    Pay Day Loans are Dangerous!

Unfortunately, I did use a payday loan business for financial assistance at one time... I paid them off and they were not happy that I was not taking out another loan...  I had a lot of strange things happen with my checking account and calls such as this since that time.  I honestly feel that the payday loan places are giving out or selling information from their clients!  I think that is one if not the biggest perpretrator of these scams - they probably get a portion of any money that is collected.

As I was told by law enforcement members - this is a form of terrorism!  This is how "they" are getting to the American people...  We have got to put an end to this bull before it's too late!

There has been an increase in complaints of fake "payday loan debt collection" scams being reported by people who have applied for payday loans, and even paid them off.

Strangers calling and threatening on the phone cannot be trusted.
In most cases they are criminals running scams.

Voicemail today - an automated message about a restraining order. ! Conveniently the message starts as if the person's name was announced just before the answering system kicked in. Advised to write down the case file and "give it to your attorney" to make a response within 24 hours.

BBB Florida says they're a collection agency; they must be branching out LOL. I'm recording their message and sending it to the Florida Attorney General's Office. Everyone should file a complaint with that office's consumer protection division and the Federal Trade Commission.

They called my home today.  I do not ever use the land line.  It is for emergency only.  We have a slightly "challenged" person in our household, and while they did not answer the phone, rather let it go to the answering machine, they were very upset.  They fretted all day and was very concerned.  Until I showed them all the postings online about this scam, then they were relieved.  How can they still be allowed to do this?  We have never taken out any quick loans, or even looked online.  Actually have a good credit rating and very little outstanding debt.  I will definitely be in touch with any and all agencies I can find to track them down and try to sop them from preying on the minds of innocent people.  Still don't know how they got our contact info.
