I have subscribed a dailertone without any intimation they are renewed my subscription and without any notice they are deactivated my dailertone without any refund I have loss 30rs
1- they are not responding well says not taking any complaint and doing call drop while am talking to them says that server problem in (idea)
Not Taking any action (inconvenience)
2- I said them that is there any refund they can cancel my subscription but didn't they listen proper way they are not fit for that bpo job (don't know customer service)
3- there is no intimation about renewing subscription...
