Over billing and causing financial issues with credit

Over a period of time I started seeing Direct Tv increasing my bills I would call and complain and they would drop the bill only to raise it again at one point DirecTV overcharged me for pay-per-view movies that I paid for two years earlier they took the money out of my account without notification   After several years of this going on and several phone calls I decided I'd had enough I called and canceled my DirecTV I got a phone call back from customer service who assured me that they were sorry and that they wanted to repair any issues that had occurred in my long-standing customer service relationship that I had with them I stupidly agreed and allow them to keep me on  however what happened next was the worst after all the overcharging after all the overbilling and then after canceling I committed again saying OK I'll stay what DirecTV did was started my contract over and then started over billing me again after their customer service rep said they would not one month later I called in and said that's it I'm done cancel it  I will pay my final bill send everything back and be done with it and that's what I did now several months later without notification DirecTV sent me to credit collections for $123 because they said I was charged for early termination fees after being a customer for several years what they did  was when I agreed to stay change my contractor new each time I've talk to the professionals LOL they tell me there's nothing that I can do that I need to pay my bill if you are thinking of getting cable satellite please don't go to Direct Tv the commercial is absolutely right they  stack hidden charges they over charged you for things that you don't or that you arty have paid for this is the worst company I've ever dealt with the most horrible professionals this company has no ethics no morals no integrity it's total bottom line is to take as much money from you is they can't run from them while you have a chance
