Customer service and childcare worker's

La fitness has the worse customer service I have ever had in my life.I am trying to cancel my membership asap.I been trying to talk to the operational manager Nick for a month now for the issues I have with the childcare and he has never called me back.The location is in Laveen, Arizona.Then once again last night something else happened in the daycare with my friend's 2 year old daughter.The daycare worker got upset with us and was rude and disrespectful because she messed up.I will never,ever go to La fitness again.Im sure it's going to be so hard to cancel I been trying all day to get somebody to help me.Of course only Nick can help me and he wont get on the phone and he works 9 to 5 and I work 6 to 6 so im not available to go there till after 6 when I usually go work out.Nobody should ever take their children to that La fitness.
