Won't fix my furnace

I've been with out heat for over a month! They give every excuse why it's not their fault. Every day I've spent 30-60 minutes on the phone with a costumer service representative who tells me the contractor isn't returning their calls. It's now December in Maryland and I don't have heat!!!
