When I was searching airline tickets Cheap-O-Air was the first to appear the prices offered compared with other online travel booking website, however theirs was a tad easier to navigate through. Upon ticket purchasing I called them and they insisted to help me place the order, and promised an email in return, after seeing $2,700.00 removed from my account and no email nearly 24 hrs later I was concerned.
During the 24 hrs I called repeatedly for average of 45 min wait time, I elected the option to have them call me, they did a 10pm, only to have it tell me their lines were full and ended the call by a recording, the next morning (all morning) I called, finally got one person whom said I need to pay 44.00 more to assign my seats, I said ok and the seats were never assigned, I called the airline directly and they informed me it is a different airline than what I purposely selected on the cheapo air web site.
 I elected to use the online chat that cheapo air has, NO response. When I registered on the sight it shows no ticket. After calling 4 more times and finally blowing smoke in disgust, it turns out the operator messed up my email, despite me spelling it out and repeating it to him the first time, still no seat assignments, and the wrong airline, go with a brand name such as Orbitz or the equivalent, This online travel agent not a good choice
