DEDUCTING 24.95 PER MONTH FROM MY CHECKING

I was reviewing my checking account this morning and found that 24.95 was deducted from my checking account 9/5/2018,by WC MON SAVING CENTRAL so I called my bank and learned that this is not the first time they have deducted money without my permission. It has actually been happening for 6 months or more. My bank gave me their phone number. 800 916 8340.  I called their customer service department and was told in 7-10 days I will receive a letter and they will refund my money.  In the meantime I will visit my bank and get a print out of exactly how long this has been going on.  I will report back on this complaint site if they do not keep their word.  THIS IS A REAL SCAM. CHECK YOUR MONTHLY BANK STATEMENT AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE NOT A VICTIM ALSO.  iT is sad that hard working people fall subject to this illegal activity. this is the third time the bank has had to cancel my card due to fraudelent charges.  pretty hard to handle your finances when you are waiting for another debit card from your bank (which will of course h ave a totally different card number and all accounts that I pay online will have to be changed.).  IF THIS IS TRULY FIXED BY THE FRAUDELENT COMPANY, i WILL REPORT THIS ON THIS COMPLAINT DEPT WEBSITE AND IF IT IS NOT FIXED WILL REPORT THAT TOO.  TAKE CARE AND MAKE IT A POINT TO KEEP A CLOSE EYE ON YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS.
