I got charged by AdiprineRX or Adiprine-RX  for Diet Pills I never ordered! They charged me $84.97 without my authorization. When asked my bank for their phone number, they said they could only give me the website adiprine.com

I tried to contact this company but they wanted personal information so I refused. They either stole my credit card info or someone else used my credit card to buy their pills. Either way I am not giving them more information.

My bank promised to credit me back for the pills and dispute the transaction with Adiprine-RX. They even do not have phone to call! Can a legit company charge almost $100 and do not provide a phone support? I don't think so.

Well let me join the bandwagon..........those F'ers got me twice!!  for $74.95.  Although after reading everyone complaining about having AOL....ive never had AOL so i don't know how they got my CCN#
I just called my Credit Card Company and told them i didn't make that charge, and the first time they took it off the bill......this last time i asked them to please send me a new card with a new number.  I haven't had to pay for any of it! This time they sent me a "Fraud Investigation Letter" that i have to sign and fax back....but it mentions that i am not responsible in anyway to pay for this!!  Which is a good thing!

If you call the 866-882-3186 number that's listed on your bill, you get a freaking voice mail to go to the website and click on "Support" then nothing happens!!   I hope these people get sooo freakin busted!!

What is weird is when you do a google search on the phone number all the complaints are for CWJ Holdings, but when you call the number it mentions "Adiprine".  F'ing LOSERS!!!

I was also charged for an Adiprine order which I never ordered, for $85.00...I have AOL and I am fighting the charges and closing my account (of course first I have to fight the charges or I am not covered under the credit card's fraud dispute...crazy).  How do we get the government to look at these frauds?  I don't have time for this s**t in my life right now.

I also got a charge for $74.95 from adiprine.com. I had also previously gotten charges of $84.97 from ALD Enterprises Hoodia I and CJW Holdings. My Visa company disputed the charges and credited my account. When I suggested that this was fraud, they wanted to cancel my card and issue a new one.  I may end up doing that but some things, such as my I-Pass are automatically charged to the account so it would be a hassle to change.

You would be wise to cancel and get a new card in any case.  If your card number got passed off once, you know it is already in the hands of people who would do it again.

Segregate your charges by card, to better handle fraud charges like this.
Use one for retail shopping, a second for all on-line purchases, and a third for regular automatic charges.

Defendants Sold Consumers’ Account Information to Undercover Investigators Posing as Corrupt Cross-Border Telemarketers; Sale of Data Could Facilitate Identity Theft

The Federal Trade Commission has joined forces with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service and the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois to halt an illegal operation that sold lists of consumers to Canadian telemarketers who planned to use them unlawfully. The lists included consumers’ credit card and bank account information, exposing thousands of consumers to possible identity theft, and violating federal law.

I found a charge from this company, Adiprine on my checking account statement for 87.95 on 8/31.  They used my husband's card number and he has never purchased anything online.  My bank, PNC, is issuing provisional credit while they investigate (up to 90 days).  The bank said after they research it they will report the company as fraudulent if they determine that to be the case.
I've run in to everything else everyone has posted, voice mail when you call the 866 number telling you to go online and then online support has no link.  It is so frustrating not knowing how someone used our account.

They got me this month too.  I am disputing with my credit card company.  I do not use AOL so it is not specific to internet provider.

I've requested that credit card be canceled and reissued with new #.

I just don't understand how this can occur.

This so called non-company also got me for $84.97. I called them and someone named Christie told me my card would be refunded in 7 days and even gave me a confirmation number. BIG JOKE!!! I am sooo pissed that when I called them again after the 7 days, you get a recording to go to their website(non-existent) and get a support authorization number. That is the only way to get through to customer service.Fraud Fraud Fraud in the worst form. I sent a dispute in writing to my credit card company but no resolution as of yet. Of course I had to pay them to keep my account in good standing. Good luck to all.

They got me in December 2007  I am on a fixed income and cannot afford the 68.95 that they took from my account  I now have to wait 30-90 days to get this back from my fraud insurance I have heard of this happening to people, but this is the first time that I have ever been scammed and I don't think that I have done anything stupid to create this  I am usually very careful about how I use my card and therefore I have no idea how they got my info   This is not even a legitimate company
it frustrates me that anyone can  actually do this

Unfortunately, it has happened to me also.  I have called my credit card company and disputed the charges.  I have also cancelled my credit card.  The credit card company told me it would be 6-8 weeks before they can resolve and that I would not be responsible for the charges while they research the matter.  What a world we live in.  Good luck everyone.

I only ordered a sample of 20 hoodia diet  pills to see what it would do . And some guy called and said i would only have to pay for the shipping charge of $5.98 so i took it out of my Debit card  next thing i knew was a charge of $29.00 for 30 more pills that i haven't recieved or I didn't even  order them so i want this charge removed from my banking . Besides the pills didn't work anyway .

In order to cancel the "automatic charge" to your credit/bank card, you need to call 8774929036 and select option 1.  If you want to stop these charges quickly, do NOT select option 0, nor file a claim at www.adiprinerx.com

According to the woman I spoke with, the terms and conditions (a link on the My Hoodia Cut site) lists that the purchaser authorizes automatic charges to their bank/credit card each month until the My Hoodia Cut account is cancelled.

I cancelled my account and was given a cancellation number.
