  Reported to be an internal collections department for Macys or related companies such as Bloomingdales.

  If you have such a credit card, you might check to see if you have an outstanding balance, by calling the customer service number on your card or statements.
  
  If not, they may be calling you in error.  
  You might try contacting their corporate offices.
