    I think the last message from Thaly Salichanh makes it clear that this is a scam and fraud.

    If you win a contest that you have never participated in there must be something wrong.

    And when you are asked to pay to claim your prize this is a sure sign that it is a scam.
    I received the same message in Cambodia... I advise you all to ignore stupid scams like this! If it sounds too good to be true it normally is!
