I just received a bill from a collection agency saying I owe money to 3 different publications that I never ordered. There must be a mistake as to why I have this bill. What do I do about it and how do I cancel these publications so there is no other billing requests ?

    I cancelled tmobile and they scamed me over charged me bill is $469 and now they sent it to sunrise collection n bill is now $585 I called a few hours ago and they told me that are agency charges u $100 and now I just called back and the lady said Tmobile charged me a extra $100 for selling my bill to them  so I asked for proof that they did that and they told me the letter says it but it doesn't say anything like that am I being scam by SUNRISE????
