No service, no customer service, no way to get a refund promised

I purchased a cell phone online from MetroPCS. The phone arrived missing a part. The telephone number listed in my confirmation email and on the company Web page is a phone tree with no options for this problem. I called this number 3/3/11 and, with no option in the phone tree, I just pushed numbers until I got a person who told me she had nothing to do with my problem. She took my info with a promise to have someone call me. She also directed me to www.metropcs.com/service which is a page that ONLY offers a "track you order" option. I mailed a letter to the company headquartes in Dallas, TX, on 3/8/11 telling them I was sending the phone back and why. Sent the phone back through FedEx and it was received and signed for 3/11/11. They have my phone; they still have my money; they have no way for me to contact them except through mail. I searched online for contact info; found a customer service email address, and sent an email which was returned with this message: "Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists: CustomerSupport@MetroPCS.com The recipient's e-mail address was not found in the recipient's e-mail system"

    I PURCHES PHONE AND SERVICE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY ON FRI 07/15/2011 FROM 318 NASSAU RD ROOSEVELT NY 11575 I DIDNOT UNDERSTAND SOME FEATURS I WENT BACK TO STORE THE GIRL COULDNOT HELP ME MATTER FACT SHE DIDNOT KNOW ANY THING SHE DIDNOT HAVE ANY CLUE, WHY SHE IS THERE IF SHE DOESNOT KNOW ANY THING ABOUT METRO PCS SHE TOLD I HAVE TO COME BACK AND TALK TO THE OWNER 3 DAYS  I KEPT COMING BACK FINALLY IGOT OWNER THAT INDIAN GUY TREAT ME LIKE I WAS STUPID AND HE WAS VERY MEAN AND UNHELPFUL,I HAVE DESIDED TO CHANG CO HOW CAN I RETURN MY PHONES I WORK IN CORP OFFICE NEVER SEEN ANY PEOPLE LIKE HIM YOUR CO ABOUT TO LOOSE 4 CUSTOMER OR MAY BE MORE YOU KNOW WORDS GO AROUND

    This is desaster,i am with you.this co.is cheeter,ther is no signal any where,beside ii did sent all peperworks for rebat,now they telling me they did not have proof of perchas.this is B. S.
    Any one know how to return ther garbage phon.

    Live 5 miles outside of main coverage area, had their service for over five years, they cancelled my service without advance notice and a pending refund that may take up to 10 business days.  It took me all of 3 minutes to pay my bill, WTF!!! Additionally, when I asked about other options, such as creating a new account, I was told I would have to pay an activation fee.  I do not recommend this service to anyone unless they would like headaches and problems with no customer support.

    I paid my bill a day before it was due.  My service was disconnected.  Why....I paid the full amount by drop box on Apr 2nd,  It was due on the 3rd.  Today is the 4th....no phone  408  386 1340

    yo fui a metro pc ,por la ofecta de  25 dolares al mes con llamadas ilimitada, ly ,el asociado , parese,q se cree q el puede enganar a los customes,al 2 dia de tener el tn , me mandan un memsage q los pagos seran de 30 dolares lo q yo no acepto, y voy a cancelar mi suscripcion, si no me rebaja, eso 5 dolares ,ya q lo veo como un engano, , a un cliente, ,si tengo q hacer un claim al bbb , de esa comp,, trans18651913
