Can't pay bill online as instructions indicate

Trying to pay bill online -- but invoice says to go to Meredith.com/bookpay -- no such website.  How do you access the online bill payment feature for Southern Living Books -- found for magazines but not books.  Have paid last several years through their previous vendor with no problems
