deduction of balance without subscribing to the service

Dear Sir,

I want to bring to your kind notice that I am having Airtel prepaid connection cell number 8890243447.  Regularly a sum of Rs 2/- each for como shayari pack 2112 subscription charge for last two months has been deducted without my permission as I have not subscribed to any such pack.  I had recharged two times of 110 rupees each.  All this balance of Rs. 220 has been slowly deducted @2/- on each occasion the como shayari message is recieved.  I have already called  to customer care centre informing that I have never subscribed to this service and they should deactive it and refund me the amount deducted till date but I have not been given any satisfactory reply nor any number of senior officials to talk to and let them know about it.

I am bringing this to your kind notice in hopes that the needful would be done and I will get the money refunded immediately failing which I will be bound to move to consumer court at Jodhpur (raj) and higher authorities as everybody having airtel service in the city is suffering from same problem and if serious measures are not taken by higher authorities then it would dent the company image badly and do irrepairable harm to its reputation.
