Very threatening man, no accent, almost scary

This man HAD my correct SS number, phone number, everything, a lot of personal info not ordinarily available.  Quite scary, raised, threatening, voice "I must call him back at 323-694-0241 within 2 hours or I would be receiving legal papers I had refused originally", which was a lie.  His number was SHOWING UNKNOWN ON MY PHONE, very intimidating hateful evil man!  Hope the police catch all of them who prey on innocent people!
