Fraudulant Billing

Wen/Guthy Renker offers customer satisfaction guarantee.  I tried Wen and was not satisfied.  I was on an automatic shipping monthly, which you have to sign up for in order to try thr product.  I was not satisfied with the performance of the initial trial, I called to cancel, which they guarantee.  They told me they already shipped the product, I told them to cancel my membership and will return the product that was just shipped, once I received it.  Well, I returned it and they keep billing me for that kit.  I don't have the kit and they want me to still pay $97.84.  I called them, which their number is not on their bill, I was in eternal press number 1, press 4, no person to talk to.  I wrote a letter, no response and another bill comes.  Now, I'm going to collections.  This is FRAUD they have the product and want the money too.
