Charged me over a 1000 US dollars

I got the number from HP cause my protection was up a month after I bought my computer. I paid 299 for life tech support. Then I had to buy randsom ware and it did not work. So they put PC shield on my computer and I would be reimbursed The 119 since the randsom ware did not work. And billing would get with me in 24 to 48 hours. Never happened. When I called them back they shipped me to 3 other people. Next thing I know they are on my computer putting all kind of stuff on my computer and charged me over a 1000 bucks on my card in less than a minute. They had full control of my computer. They had put there on e mail address on and there on pass word on my computer. I have never seen anything like this nor has it ever happened. I also have someone else who calls me within 1 to 2 minuets of me logging into my computer . I am disabled and the computer is how I try to learn if anything new has come out to help me. And Netflix. I do not go to any weird sites at all. Well I just got hit up on my phone threw messenger. Facebook was removed from my computer and my phone. What a nightmare.
