I am writing to inform you that the Billing Department has serious problems.
I cancelled my service in June My Account Number is xxxxx an I as for the proper boxes to return the equipment. The equipment was returned and your representatives confirmed it was returned and they would return my $197.27. My next bill shows I have a credit balance. Now I just got a new bill which changed telling me the equipment was not returned and my credit has been changed to 0. The amount of money Direct TV owes me is $191.27. The amount you owe me is small but the process implemented by Direct TV is to take advantage of the public.
